We are happy to accept MOScholars Funds from the state of Arizona for most of our offerings.
MOScholars allows funds to be used for a few categories of purchase that we offer on Recess:
Tutoring Services
Summer Education (for the months of June - August)
After-School Education
Use ClassWallet Vendor Pay
To use Vendor Pay, ClassWallet requires a detailed itemized invoice to be submitted prior to authorizing payment to any vendor. We will provide you an invoice that complies.
Submitting Registration Requests
First, make sure you have an account with Recess. If you don't have already, please create one.
For courses, you may submit registration requests by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Kid's Name
Course Name
Cohort Time (if applicable)
Number of weeks for which you'd like to register (many of our programs by default charge weekly recurring class fees. Since it's impractical to submit and get approval for invoices every week, you can prepay for any number in advance)
Once we receive your request we will generate and issue you an invoice, which you may submit to our page through VendorPay.
Final Approval and Registration
The approval process is managed by Arizona DOE and approval times vary. Unfortunately, you'll be unable to join your selected classes prior to disbursement of funds, so we recommend planning in advance!
