Who is eligible to be a referee/invitee?

Any family new to Recess is eligible to receive a referral bonus by using an eligible referral link or code. Existing users are not eligible to be referees/invitees.

Referrers may not create duplicate accounts or refer themselves in order to receive a referral or referree bonus in the form of Recess credits. In its sole discretion, Recess may refuse to grant a referral bonus to any referee/invitee or referrer who violates these terms or any other terms of service.

Recess reserves the right to set limits on the number of referral bonuses that may be earned.

How do I earn my bonus as a referrer/inviter?

To earn a referral bonus, you must share your unique referral link or code with a new family. When the new family signs up for Recess using your referral link or code, and makes a purchase or enrolls and pays for a program, you will receive a referral bonus. Only qualifying purchases, as determined by Recess in its sole discretion, are eligible to trigger a referral bonus. Referral bonuses are granted in the form of Recess credits, which can be used towards future purchases on Recess, or as coupons against future purchases.

Referral bonuses are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

How do I earn my bonus as a referee/invitee?

To earn a referral bonus, you must sign up for Recess using a referral link or code from a current Recess user. Upon account creation, your bonus credits or discounts will be applied to your account, and be available for use on your next purchase. Recess reserves the right to delay or withhold the application of referral credits pending verification of qualifying activity.

Termination and Changes

Recess may suspend, modify or terminate the referral program or a user's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason without any prior notification to users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove referral bonuses if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. We reserve the right to modify program bonuses and credits including the amount granted or format thereof. Recess may expire promo codes at any time in its sole discretion. Recess reserves the right to interpret the terms of this referral program, and its decisions shall be final and binding. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
