Just a few requests
Maybe we should have a trading system, where you pay a small fee to trade with people, then you can trade stickers, backgrounds, village items, and more, all within a 1 month of purchase.
We should have a refund policy for store items, like maybe you don’t really like a profile ring/background, or an item from the village, you should be able to refund that within a few weeks/months.
We also need a physical store building in the village, where all the items are displayed there, and there’s a mirror where you can try items on to see if you like them before you buy them, but if you can’t do that, then maybe in UI of the shop, when you click an item you character equips it, only for you, just so that you can see what you look like wearing it.
Discounts on the recess store, every few weeks, a special event, or when something new is added to the shop, the can get a small discount.

From feedback meeting:
We think the trading system kinda goes against the purpose of challenges/coins in general
Refund policy - If this was using actual money. definitely. For coins.. we don’t think it is really necessary. worst case, you just have to do another challenge to get another thing
The physical store is a really cool idea! Maybe short term, we just let you try on items while in the shop before you buy them. But down the road. Physical store would be awesome!
Discounts and special events are a good idea too. But after reading Sebastian’s message I am a bit swayed by that logic too.
We will make separate feature requests for some of these

Coins (and the shop items) are supposed to be a reward for hard work. I think trading kind of defeats the point.
Why would you buy it if you dont like it? You can see what it looks like before you buy the decoration. Refunding games would be more complicated (steam requires less than 2 hours of playtime, and it had to be purchased within 2 weeks).
No opinion.
This indirectly punishes people that buy at full price. If they buy something at full price, then it goes on sale later, it would feel like getting ripped off. That includes every single person that has bought something before the discounts were implemented. Everyone would eventually only buy during sales. This is the same reasoning Factorio uses, and is why it never goes on sale.

Sometimes you think something is cool, but then later you find out its not what you wanted
