I'm not receiving push notifications

Push notifications are a great way to stay updated even when you’re offline! If you're not receiving them, here are some common reasons and steps to resolve the issue.

Check You’re Subscribed

Check to make sure that you’ve successfully subscribed to push notifications.

You should see a screen like this if you’re already subscribed.

Check Do Not Disturb

Your device may be in "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus" mode, which silences notifications.

macOS:

  1. Click the Control Center icon in the menu bar (top right corner).

  2. Check if Focus is turned on. If it is, click it to turn it off.

  3. Alternatively, go to System Settings > Focus to adjust scheduled times or app-specific settings.

Windows:

  1. Click the Action Center icon (bottom right corner of the taskbar).

  2. Look for Focus Assist and ensure it’s set to Off.

  3. Adjust Focus Assist settings by navigating to Settings > System > Focus Assist.

iOS:

  1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center.

  2. Check if a Focus mode (e.g., Do Not Disturb) is enabled. If it is, tap it to turn it off.

  3. Go to Settings > Focus to adjust Focus modes and schedules.

Android:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings Panel.

  2. Look for Do Not Disturb. If it’s on, tap it to disable.

Check Browser Permissions

Check Browser Notifications
